Privacy Policy
GetFunnelAI ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account information — When you register, we collect your email address and organization details.
- Funnel and lead data — We store the funnels you create and the lead data collected through them on your behalf.
- Usage data — We collect usage metrics such as funnel creation counts and webhook activity to operate and improve the Service.
- Payment data — Payment processing is handled by DodoPayments. We do not store raw card numbers or sensitive payment details.
- Log data — Server logs may include IP addresses, browser types, and request timestamps for security and debugging purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional emails such as one-time login codes.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Lead Data You Collect
When your end-users submit a funnel, their responses ("lead data") are stored in your GetFunnelAI account. You are the data controller for this information. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your end-users and for complying with applicable data protection laws. GetFunnelAI acts as a data processor on your behalf.
4. Data Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Service providers — Trusted vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., email delivery, payment processing, cloud hosting). These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements — When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GetFunnelAI, our users, or the public.
5. Google API Services and Google User Data
GetFunnelAI offers an optional Google Sheets integration that lets you automatically export funnel lead submissions to a spreadsheet in your Google Drive. This section describes how we access, use, store, and share Google user data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Data Accessed
When you connect your Google account, GetFunnelAI requests the following OAuth scopes:
- google.drive.file — Permission to create and manage only the spreadsheet files that GetFunnelAI itself creates in your Google Drive. We do not access, read, or modify any pre-existing files in your Drive.
- userinfo.email — Your Google account email address, fetched once at connection time so we can display which Google account is linked in your dashboard.
Data Usage
GetFunnelAI uses the accessed Google data solely for the following purposes:
- Spreadsheet creation — We create one Google Spreadsheet in your Drive (per connected funnel) to serve as the lead export destination.
- Lead export — Each time a visitor submits your funnel, we append a row containing the lead's responses and submission timestamp to that spreadsheet on your behalf.
- Account display — Your Google email is stored and shown in your dashboard so you can identify the connected Google account.
Google user data is used only to provide the Google Sheets integration feature described above. It is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering this feature.
Data Storage
To maintain the ongoing integration, we store the following in our database:
- Your Google account email address (for display purposes).
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, and their expiry date. These tokens are used exclusively to authenticate API calls that write to your spreadsheet. They are stored securely and are never exposed to end-users.
- The spreadsheet ID of the sheet created for each funnel.
When you disconnect the Google Sheets integration, all stored OAuth tokens are permanently deleted from our systems.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties, except as required by law. Google user data is not used to train machine learning models.
Limited Use
GetFunnelAI's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access to Google user data is limited to the purposes explicitly described in this section.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The landing page may load fonts and scripts from third-party CDNs (Google Fonts, Cloudflare Turnstile) which may set cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and funnel data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a funnel or organization, the associated data is removed from our systems. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and restricted access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly of any suspected breach.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
